El Toro at Six Flags Great Adventure Derails

El Toro at Six Flags Great Adventure derailed yesterday, in the attached photo it shows what appears to be the last wheel assembly failing which lead to the derailment. Fortunately no one was injured and everyone was safely evacuated from the ride.
